Watch potential claims before they open and get notified the moment a filing route goes live.
Generate a personal PDF checklist for any claim so you arrive at the official form prepared.
ClaimScout links directly to settlement administrators. No middlemen, and your claim money never passes through us.

FAQ
Everything you might want to know before your first claim.

No. ClaimScout is an information and discovery tool. We surface publicly announced settlements, explain what each one requires, and link you to the official administrator's filing page. We never provide legal advice or file for you.
Browsing is free and one sample claim is fully unlocked. A premium subscription unlocks full details, checklists, and tracking for every active match. Pricing is always shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings.
It depends on the settlement. Many accept claims without proof of purchase; others ask for receipts or account records. ClaimScout shows each settlement's proof requirement before you start, and you can prioritize no-proof claims.
Payments come directly from the settlement administrator — usually by check, direct deposit, or digital payment — after the claim period closes and the court approves distribution. ClaimScout never handles your money.
